The Breen Law Firm was established in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in 1988.  We are devoted to helping people.  The firm's primary mission and goal is to seek and obtain justice for our clients.  We focus our efforts on recovering money for the damages sustained by accident victims and consumers.  Attorney David H. We offer potential personal injury clients a reduced contingency fee of only 25% (1/4) while most other Myrtle Beach and South Carolina attorneys charge a standard 1/3 (33.3%).  The firm welcomes referrals from out of state attorneys and will split fees in those cases.  Our family law cases are handled on a very reasonable flat fee basis for uncontested matters and an hourly rate for contested cases.  We do offer free consultations to personal injury and bankruptcy clients.  Domestic, Bankruptcy and Personal Injury clients can set up a private attorney consultation and appointment by registering via this site with Attorney Breen.  Same day appointments and consultations can usually be made and accomodated.  In domestic law cases our special reduced internet attorney fee rate for a fifteen minute consultation is $37.50 and a thirty minute consultation is only $60.00
